Earlab’s founders came together from both sides of the ear care business; Tim Galvin after suffering with challenging ear symptoms following a serious illness, and David Walker an experienced ENT Surgeon. Together they appreciated the difficulties patients faced accessing high quality ear care, at a time when NHS services are stretched and ear clearance is no longer offered in local health centres.
By employing the most experienced practitioners using the best quality equipment, patients know they are getting the best in class treatment for their conditions. Indeed, patients attending alternative clinics and private providers are frequently referred to EarLab to address their conditions.
EarLab continues to seek out the best qualified staff in community locations to deliver this expertise to the patients who need it.
Meet the Team

David Walker
David leads our clinical team. He is an experienced ENT Surgeon, treating patients at the Royal Surrey County and Guildford Nuffield Hospitals.
He is passionate about high quality care and as such carefully overseas recruitment and training of our EarLab practitioners.

Tim Galvin
Tim leads on business at EarLab. He not only has a wealth of knowledge in operations management but now a great deal of ear treatment know-how too.
As a patient centred organisation, Tim will often be found answering patient questions and concerns on the EarLab telephone and email.

Darwin Antonio
Darwin is a Nurse Specialist in the NHS with 15 years experience in ear care. He has treated over 30,000 patients in his career to date, more than many ENT Consultants!
He also trains other health professionals in microsuction. Darwin heads up our Haslemere Clinic.

Claire Finn
Claire is an experienced Aural Care Nurse in the NHS, and has years of ear care experience in practice nursing. She is a trusted opinion on ear symptoms and provides high quality service for our patients in Andover.
